Macbeth
Macbeth is the main character in "The Tragedy of Macbeth", better known as the protoganist gone antaganist. Beginning as the Thane of Glamis, then the Thane of Cawdor, there he was able to get the crown and become King of Scotland. He was a noble soldier to Duncan before all his ambitions stiked in. He lived in a manor, with his wife Lady Macbeth.
Lady Macbeth
Lady Macbeth from the begining seemed to be kind of "crazy" , wanting her husband to kill the king for the throne. More of a woman to raise men instead of woman due to her bold spirit. She is considered to be more ruthless and ambitious compared to Macbeth.
Banquo
He was a soldier and a good friend to Macbeth before the witches came in. He was going to have future kings as children. He died leaving Scotland with his son Fleance, Macbeth had sent two murders to kill him.
Three witches
Three werid sister, who tell Macbeth and Banquo their prophecies.
Duncan
He was the king at the beginning of the story who was killed my Macbeth. He had two sons, Malcom and Donalbein, who later helped regain the throne.
Macduff
He was a soldier and allied with Malcom during the war against Macbeth.
Ross
He was a soldier and friend to Duncan and his family he also allied with Malcolm.
Hecate
The goddess of witchcraft, who helps the three witches work their mischief on Macbeth.
The Murders
A group of violent men put together to kill Banquo and Fleance, also killed Lady Macduff and her family.
Malcolm
He is one of the sons of Duncan who, after Duncan’s death, fleas to England to build an army. He invades his own rightful throne against Macbeth to regain Scotland. He ends up being the protagonist after Macbeth failed to purse that to the end.
